LiFi (Light Fidelity) is a high-speed wireless communication technology that uses visible light, infrared, or ultraviolet light to transmit data instead of traditional radio waves. It enables ultra-fast, secure, and interference-free data transfer through LED or laser-based illumination systems.
LiFi works by modulating light signals from an LED or laser source at extremely high speeds — imperceptible to the human eye. A receiver (such as a photodiode) captures these changes in light intensity and converts them back into digital data, enabling two-way wireless communication.
